Pak-China Relations Setting Path of Economic Progress in the Region; Moeed

ISLAMABAD, DEC 10 – Special Assistant on National Security Moeed Yusuf has said the cordial relations between Pakistan and China are setting the path of economic progress in the region.

He was talking to Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong in Islamabad Thursday. He said China and Pakistan are united at all fronts and both countries are working jointly for regional development.

Moeed Yusuf said CPEC is a flagship project between the two countries. He said India is trying to to sabotage the corridor project but together Pakistan and China are ensuring that Indian attempts fail.

The Special Assistant said that Pakistan is focusing on economic diplomacy and economic security. He mentioned that Prime Minister Imran Khan has constituted an Economic Outreach Apex Committee for this purpose. The Chinese Ambassador said Pakistan and China enjoy strategic partnership.
